In May of 2011, P. & W. Barrett Lawyers, PLLC sucessfully defended a Biloxi man facing prosecution for possession of child pornography. Lead counsel Peter Barrett challenged the government’s case for nearly 6 months, including filing several motions and conducting a hearing for the suppression of evidence. Ulitimately, at the conclusion of the trial, the jury returned a verdict of NOT GUILTY.
